Daniel Zorbini

Daniel J. Zorbini, 67, of Mingo Jct. died Friday, February 22, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born August 18, 1950 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Vincent and Agusta Mucci Zorbini. He is also preceded in death by his daughter Jennifer Zorbini. Daniel was retired from the former NOVA where he worked as a chemist for many years. He was the owner and operator of EESCO Electric Inc. He also worked as a class three operator in the waste water department for the Village of Stratton. He was a member of the Knight of Columbus Council 4361 and St. Agnes Catholic Church. Daniel was a past volunteer for the Mingo Jct. Fire Department. He was also an amateur Meteorologist and loved anything scientific. Daniel was a graduate of Mingo Jct. High School class of 1968 and The College of Steubenville class of 1972. Surviving are his wife Joan Sicurella Zorbini, whom he married March 17, 1973; one daughter Francine (Bob) Macioce of Moon Twp; two brothers James (Suzie) Zorbini of Knoxville, Frankie Zorbini of Mingo Jct. and his grandson Noah.also many neices and nephews. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-7 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Additional visitation will be held Tuesday from 9 am until time of Mass at 10 am at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Fr. James Dunfee will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
