Helen Matuska

Helen Matuska, 89, of Steubenville died Wednesday, September 12, 2018. She was born March 15, 1929 in Adena. She is the daughter of the late Lazo and Mary Tollar Bonovich. She is also preceded in death by her husband Joseph Matuska.

Helen was a member of Triumph of the Cross Parish and it's CWC. She was also an avid bridge player belonging to the, Ohio Valley Duplicate Bridge Club and the Monday bridge group at the senior center.

Surviving are two sons Joseph A. (Mary Annette) Matuska of Steubenville and James D. Matuska of Weirton.

Calling hours will be held Saturday from 9 am until 11:30 am at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Funeral liturgy with Mass will follow at Noon at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Fr. Tom Nau will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
