Kyra DiBiase Obituary

Kyra A. DiBiase, 51, of Steubenville died Friday, September 28, 2018 at her home. She was born July 1, 1967 in Camp Hill, PA. She is the daughter of the late James and Betty Hill Payne. Also preceding her in death is one brother Eric Payne. Kyra was a compassionate Registered Nurse who loved gardening and collecting antiques. Surviving are two sons Tobias and Geno DiBiase; two daughters Khloe and Karmen DiBiase; three sisters Kathi (Ronald) Taylor of Shickshinny, PA, Karen (Scott) Edwards of Orangeville, PA and Kelli (Mike) Schobelock of Grove City, OH.
