Rebecca Ann Neal

Rebecca Ann Neal, born February 27, 1943 in Steubenville, OH to the late Mike and Sylvia Romano, departed us from her home in Elkridge, MD on August 8, 2018.  She leaves behind her beloved husband of 55 years Richard Neal, her sister Bonita Lucci married to Richard Lucci, and preceded in death by her older sister Donna White who was married to Norman White.  Rebecca was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She is survived by her daughters Laura Kempster residing in Brooklyn, New York, Patricia Neal residing in Columbia, MD, and Karen Neal residing in Elkridge, MD, beloved grandchildren Bryan, Corey, Matthew, Aaron, Miriam, Mendel, Christopher, and Yossi, and beloved great grandson Jason.   She is also survived by her extended family. 

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 4-6 P.M. for a viewing, and a service will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at Mosti Funeral Home, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, OH 43952.  Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, 1720 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, OH 43952.  The family suggests that in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the Center for Autism and Related Disorders at Kennedy Krieger Institute.
