The children and loved ones of Dino Suriano Jr. with heavy hearts would like to announce his passing on April 6, 2021 in Steubenville, Ohio.

Dino Orlando Suriano Jr. was first welcomed by loving parents Dino Orlando Suriano Sr and Dawn Marie (Kestner) Suriano on October 29, 1978 in Steubenville, Ohio as their first-born child.

Dino started his education in the Wintersville School District and switched to Steubenville City Schools for his final years. He did not graduate high school but was persistent enough to obtain his GED directly from the Ohio Department of Education. He then enrolled in classes at Jefferson Technical College.

Dino was well known for his athletic abilities through baseball, football and basketball but most notably for his contribution to Tae Kwon Do. Dino grew up a solid force in competitive fighting where he had earned hundreds of trophies, numerous belts and held #1 in sparring, kata and weapons through both the Professional Karate Commission and the American Karate Commission for many years.

Dino enjoyed the outdoors having grown up with an inherited love for both fishing and gardening.

His most valuable possessions were his children: Dominic, Sydnee and Niko.

Dino is survived by his father whom which he was raised, Dino Suriano Sr. of Wintersville, OH; his mother, Dawn Suriano of Largo, FL; his uncle Nino (Ginny) Suriano of Wintersville, OH; his sister Jessica Suriano of Pittsburgh, PA; his sister Amber Suriano of Largo, FL; his sister Shelby Suriano of Largo, FL; his brother D’Angelo Suriano of Wintersville, OH; his three beloved children: his son Dominic Shepperson of Gillette, WY; his daughter Sydnee Suriano of Steubenville, OH; his son Niko Suriano of Steubenville, OH; a perfect grandson Gionni McGhee of Steubenville, OH; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dino was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Orlando and Maria Suriano as well as his maternal grandparents, Gerald and Judith (Lawler) Kestner.

Calling hours will be held Monday, April 12, 2021 from 11:30 am until 1:30 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Following visitation he will be cremated.
