Francis "Frank" Fithen

Francis “Frank” Fithen, 68, of Mingo Jct., died Saturday, November 26, 2022 at his home. He was born November 23, 1954 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Wilford Fithen and Grace Pyle Mackall (step father John Mackall). He is also preceded in death by his daughter Kerri Fithen-Wile.

Frank was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel where he worked for many years in the cold strip. He was an avid golfer, an Ohio State fan and was the assistant football equipment manager for Steubenville Big Red. Frank enjoyed spending time with his family and his grandson Blaze.

Surviving are his wife Terri Smogonovich Fithen; son in law Shawn Wile and grandson Blaze Wile.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 3-5 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville.
