Howard E. Deffenbaugh, 74, of Richmond died Monday, June 20, 2022 at Dixon Health Care Center. He was born August 5, 1947 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Howard “Blackie” Deffenbaugh and Rose Escalada LeMasters. Also preceding him in death are his wife Bonnie Glover Deffenbaugh; step father Harold LeMasters Sr.; brother Cary (Sylvia) Deffenbaugh; sisters Anna (Ralph) Dear and Mary (Harold) LeMasters; nephew Ross Deffenbaugh and Niece Tina Skeens.

Howard worked for Levelor Blinds for many years. He lived with his niece Laurie LeMasters and great nephew Anthony Shane prior to going to Dixon’s.

He is survived by three step daughters Billie Jo Hall Peach, Cindy Hall and Lisa Hall Thomas; brothers Gary (Ginny) Deffenbaugh and Harold LeMasters Jr.; sister Dorothy (Terry) Williams; grandchildren Bill (Aubrey) Bell, Calista Thomas, Maliah Thomas, Kayla Pender, Scott Pender and Blake Thomas.

Howard will be cremated with no services planned at this time.
