Paul C. Bahen, Sr.

Paul C. “Mertz” Bahen, Sr. 57, of Columbus formerly of Steubenville, died Thursday at Kobacker House Hospice, Columbus. He was born January 27, 1965 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Gregory Bahen and Evelyn Price Bahen who survives, Paul is also preceded in death by his brother, Kevin.

Paul is survived by his wife: Teresa, Son and  best friend, Paul (Courtney) Bahen, Jr. of Columbus, Brothers, Gregg (Andrea) of Steubenville, Mark of Toronto, Neil of Stratton, and Tim (Lori) of Columbus. One sister, Colleen of Steubenville. Nephews, Kenny, Gregory, Joseph, Edward, and Connor. Nieces, Kaylin (David), Jean, Shannon, and Theresa.

Paul graduated from Steubenville Catholic Central High School class of 1983, he was employed at Mars Petcare DHL, West Jefferson, OH and was a US Army veteran.

Friends are invited to a Memorial Mass that will be held Friday at 10:30 am, January 27th at St. Francis Catholic Church in Toronto. Fr. Tom Vanetti will celebrate.
