Thomas "Buppy" Bowman III Obituary

Thomas “Buppy” Bowman III, 75, of Bloomingdale, died Tuesday September 7, 2021. He was born May 12, 1946, in Steubenville, the son of the late Thomas Bowman II and Virginia Bower. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Linda and Sandy.

Tom proudly served in the U.S. army from 1965-1967. He made a living installing carpet, but he was happiest when he was doing anything outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and gardening. He loved spending time with his friends and family, and he never missed out on a chance to make someone laugh. He lived his life to the fullest and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Surviving are his wife of 51 years Charlene Losey Bowman, whom he married May 18, 1970; three children, Thomas “TJ” (Denise) Bowman, Jesse (Michael) Kuczykowski, and Codey (Bonnie) Bowman; and 13 grandchildren, Lindsey, Anthony, Jalyn, Ashley, Tyler, Michael, Levi, Logan, Seth, Alex, Eli, Kane, and Kara.

To honor his wishes, he will be cremated without funeral services.
